Der Song wurde von Lou Reed geschrieben und erschien im Original 1969 auf dem Album "The Velvet Underground". Satanicpornocultshop wurde 1997 in Osaka, Japan gegründet. Einer der Gründer war jedenfalls Ghammehuch alias Takuya Karusawa, der sich auch Alan Folkroe oder schlicht Ugh nannte, er starb 2018. Das Debütalbum "Nirvana Or Lunch?" erschien 1998 beim Label Nu NuLAX NuLAN. Experimenteller Electronic-Pop mit HipHop-Anleihen, yeah. Die meisten der zahlreichen Alben von Satanicpornocultshop erschienen bei Nu NuLAX NuLAN oder beim Sublabel NEJI. Im Jahr 2000 erschien neben "Belle Excentrique" auch noch das Album "Genocidal Discotheque", das Satanicpornocultshop unter dem Alias Swedish Panic Porno veröffentlichte. Das erste Album das außerhalb Japans erschien, war "Anorexia Gas Balloon" 2003, das beim französischen Label Sonore erschien. Ugh, Frosen Pine und *es bereicherten die Popwelt auch eine Zeit lang unter dem Namen Bebedelbanco. Den Gipfel der Bekanntheit erreichten Satanicpornocultshop 2010 mit dem beim Label Some Bizarre erschienenen Album "Arkhaiomelisidonophunikheratos". Ja, kurz waren Satanicpornocultshop auch in Europa ein Geheimtipp. Aber leider nur kurz, sehr kurz, seither sind bei NEJI oder Nu NuLAX NuLAN noch eine Menge mp3-Alben von Satanicpornocultshop erschienen. Im Jahr 2018 erschien beim us-amerikanischen Label Zona Music(a) die CD "The Rise And Fall Of Satanicpornocultshop". Nach dem Tod von Ugh erschienen bisher noch die Alben "Oyasumi" 2020 und "Scream Block" 2021. Ersteres beim japanischen Label Kool Switch Works und Letzteres beim australischen Label Cult Trax. Ugh hat unter dem Pseudonym Alan Folkroe bei NEJI auch die beiden Soloalben "Paradise Lost" und "Alan Folkroe" veröffentlich. Beide erschienen im Jahr 2000. Ugh: Hip Hop for me is a collage art. Moreover, the art is only formed with not a special material but a familiar one, and that is wonderful. Metallic-Sci-Fi-Hardrock, yeah. Hilary Blaze waren Paul Gran alias Paul LoGrande (Vocals, Bass), Sandy Michael alias Santo Michael Napoli (Vocals, Synthesizer), Scott Dickson (Bass) und Jimmy Tirella (Percussion). Paul LoGrande, Santo Michael Napoli und Jimmy Tirella spielten davor in der Psychedelic Band The Paper Garden, die 1969 bei Musicor Records ein gleichnamiges Album veröffentlichte.
