Zuletzt erschien von den Blue Orchids 2022 beim Label Tiny Global Productions das Album "Angus Tempus Memoir (Souvenirs From The Subconscious)". Yvonne Pawlett spielte 1978/79 bei The Fall, danach war sie noch mit der Band The Shy Tots in der Popwelt unterwegs, die leider nur die Single "Gallery / Babble / English Industrial Estate" 1982 veröffentlichte. Kay Carroll war von 1979 bis 1982 bei The Fall, danach konnte ich keine musikalischen Aktivitäten von ihr entdecken, sie starb 2020 im Alter von 71 Jahren. Brix Smith kam 1983 zu The Fall und blieb bis 1989, sie kehrte aber von 1994 bis 1996 nochmals zu The Fall zurück. Brix Smith war von 1983 bis 1989 mit Mark E. Smith verheiratet. Aktuell ist sie mit der Band Brix & The Extricated aktiv, die zuletzt 2019 beim Label Grit Over Glamour das Album "Super Blood Wolf Moon" veröffentlicht hat. Marcia Schofield wirkte von 1986 bis 1989 bei The Fall mit, danach spielte sie u.a. auf Alben von Kid Congo Powers alias Brian Tristan oder Barry Adamson. Zuletzt entdeckte ich sie auf dem Album "Cassandra Lied" 2020 von Phil Shoenfelt alias Philip Schofield, das bei Sireena Records erschienen ist. Slowly, painfully, he become disillusioned. Lucy Rimmer machte von 1994 bis 1996 gelentlich bei The Fall mit und arbeitete ansonsten für das bandeigene Label Cog Sinister. Julia Nagle war von 1995 bis 2001 Fall-Mitglied und gründete 2006 das Label Invisiblegirl Records. Karen Leatham war 1998 nur für kurze Zeit bei The Fall mit dabei, sie ist auf dem Album "The Marshall Suite", das 1999 bei Artful Records erschien, zu hören. Danach ließ sie nicht mehr viel von sich hören, eigentlich konnte ich sie nur noch auf dem Album "Reformer" 2006 von der Band Gabrielle's Wish als Gastmusikerin entdecken. Und Elena Poulou war von 2002 bis 2016 mit The Fall in der Popwelt unterwegs. Many times, brothers, have they tried to discredit out gangsterism. Habe gerade das Buch "Ernst Schmidt Jr. - Drehen Sie Filme, aber keine Filme! Filme und Filmtheorie 1964-1987" gelesen, es wurde 1997 von Linda Bilda bei Luchterhand herausgegeben. Der Filmemacher Ernst Schmidt Jr. starb 1988 kurz vor seinem 50. Geburtstag. Er hat 1974 gemeinsam mit Hans Scheugl das Buch "Eine Subgeschichte des Films. Lexikon des Avantgarde-, Experimental- und Undergroundfilms" veröffentlicht. Seine bekanntesten Filme sind "Wienfilm 1896-1976" 1977 und "Die totale Familie" 1981. Ich habe sie beide vor langer Zeit im Wiener Stadtkino gesehen. Ernst Schmidt Jr. war 1968 Mitbegründer der Austria Filmmakers Cooperative, der auch ich seit Ende der 80er Jahre angehöre.
